    Please be aware that the Eden Surgeries cannot issue certificates for patients that are self-isolating because of Coronavirus. Instead you need to look online at https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note Please do not call or come into the surgery to ask for an isolation note as we will be unable to help you.

    Appointments - PLEASE READ

    As you know we are under increasing pressure dealing with COVID19 and trying to keep patients safe, this means that you will automatically be offered a telephone appointment in the first instance, we are discouraging patients from coming into the practice unless necessary. There is an increased pressure on the telephone system as a result, and whilst we are putting extra staff on to cover the phones you might have a longer wait than usual.
